Apax Site Redesign

Re-design the Apax website, demonstrating a seamless collaboration with Argentinian GlobalLogic development team. Backstory: Apax, a global private equity firm, owns GlobalLogic, who owns Method. The underlying business objective of this short re-design was to forge a good working relationship with GlobalLogic, in order to bid for future business together, with Apax support.

The Ask — Based on the selected design concept, create a responsive, mobile-first website that meets the needs of four key personas and uses six component-based templates. Considerations include a lack of content, the need for providing guidance to print-focused content and visual design team, and a 7-week UX/Visual Design timeline.

How might we integrate storytelling and create a simplified site structure that enables four personas with varied needs to achieve their goals while discovering Apax as people-focused?

My role: Collaborate with Lead Visual Designer and Argentinean GlobalLogic development team. Ideate creative concepts with Visual Designer. Create IA, basing sitemap and taxonomy on study of personas, stakeholder interviews, competitive audits, content audit, and analytics. Prototype with InVision.

Deliverables: POV documents, Invision Prototype, Site map, Template Mappings, Personas and Paths deck

Template-based Design — Strategically Simplifying the Site Structure

Limited templates are mapped to pages based on content analysis and business requirement gathering via content audit, stakeholder interviews, and Apax's content prioritization and rough personas.
